Gotham MetalWorks has a long standing history of working on landmark buildings throughout New York City. These buildings require very specific replication of existing materials when they are being restored or renovated. Getting through the review process can be an arduous process for both contractors and architects. With an extensive knowledge of historical preservation coupled with computer aided design and state of the art techniques, our staff will assist in establishing the best approach for both the client and contractor while adhering to the Landmarks Commission’s code.
